How do I stay fit? This is a question I get all the time. I believe staying healthy and fit is a lifestyle choice. So I workout six times a week and rest on Monday or Friday depending on how I feel. Some weeks, I workout everyday and eat very healthy. I mixed up my workout as I get bored doing one type of workout routine for a while except yoga. My workout routine also depends on my school schedules. Since every semester is a different schedule, the same goes for my workout routine.
So with that being said, you don’t have to spend too much time figuring out what workouts to pay for. Just do some cardio at home, buy a jump rope like I did), go for a swim if you have access or a run in the neighborhood/gym. Take some boxing classes or buy a home boxing bag, practice yoga and eat lots of green food. This will change your life like it did for me.
