How To Stay Fit

How do I stay fit? This is a question I get all the time. I believe staying healthy and fit is a lifestyle choice. So I workout six times a week and rest on Monday or Friday depending on how I feel. Some weeks, I workout everyday and eat very healthy. I mixed up my workout as I get bored doing one type of workout routine for a while except yoga.
