Yoga For Everyone

The first time I came in contact with yoga, I was in the park near my home getting ready to hike when I saw a group of people near the entrance, on the grass. Each moved in together, in unison, in sync with one sound: the voice of the instructor, who was weaving through the rows of yogis, calmly speaking. That’s the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, I thought to myself. For the Mind Body And Soul

I have been asked so many times how I survive  my lifestyle. Work, school, blog, yoga and do I even sleep. To be honest, it's not easy. It's a lot of work, which includes staying up late sometime. When it comes to me sleeping over eight hours, I would say everyone is different, some people are just fine with sleeping less and some are not. If I sleep over eight hours like we are told, I'll get nothing done and probably wouldn't be writing to you at this moment. But yes I do sleep hahaha. Yoga For Self Love

You guys have asked what I do or eat to stay so fit in this busy life of mine. So today I wanted to share a little bit of my health concepts with you. To be honest, I didn't always care about what I would eat or work out. However not till five years ago I got introduced to eating healthy and working out.
